can you help me with my lack of self confidence?

I feel like I dont have much confidence on myself. Im 15 and I feel ugly and dumb most of the time. I try to be postive to others but I always beat up myself mentally because of things I’ve done in my past. random people call me cute or good looking and im above average student. I’ve been bullied when I was a child. can u help me
