He’s tried ebay, and the manufacturors won’t deal with you unless you are already an registered business, which I can understand.

Contact local manufactures of the size of trains you like. Ask for someone in sales and they will be more than happy to point you to a local distributor that inventories the items you want to offer. Remember the less you can have on hand the better. You will need a Federal tax ID (if in the US) referred to as a 38 number and a DBA (doing business as) that can be obtained at any circuit court county clerks office. I wish you the best of luck!
