How do I go about changing the settings of my rings from gold to white gold?
Cheryl P asked:
Over the years I’ve aquired a lot of nice rings but I no longer wear yellow gold. I want to put the stones from my rings into white gold settings. Does anyone know who does this and how much it will cost me?

i am sure a jeweler would do this, go in to a few and ask how much they charge for that
You will have to go to a jeweler. They may have to make a custom setting. Sometimes a catalog from will show a similar setting. That way is less than custom. I went with a jeweler for four years. He was honest but don’t trust anyone of them. You can have your stones easily tested to learn if they are real or not. Plus whatever price you see in the catalog divide by 3 that will be how much he pays for the setting. custom work costs a lot because it takes hours and hours to make sometimes
any jeweler will do this i bet. Im thinking it will be at least 150, most likely, for the actual charge of doing it, plus whatever the new band will cost
