How do I prevent fake gold from turning my skin green?

You can put clear nail polish on it so the fake gold won’t touch your skin.
Some people have sweat that just naturally speeds up the “green” thing. We had that problem in our family. We had to gold-plate anything we really wanted to wear. Thing is, it really didn’t cost that much to do. It’s a very thin coat of gold. But we also had some success with nail polish. It wears off really fast though. If you can keep the medallion from turning backwards, I suggest you get some self-stick felt from Wallysmart or someplace and make a backing for it.
