It is possible. If you have a USB cable the right size for PSP (think it’s mini B) that can plug into your PSP and PC, then all you have to do is drag and drop your videos into the “VIDEO” folder on your memory stick. But it has to be .mp4 format. Here’s a convertor that will change videos to the right format for it.
