How long do I need to change trains at Milan Central Station?

I have to change trains at Milan Centrale soon. I have a twenty minute gap between my Eurostar from Monaco arriving and the Italian train leaving. Will this be enough time, bearing in mind I have never been to Milan Central station before, it’s one of the biggest stations in Europe, and I don’t speak Italian? If my first train is late, how much time do I realistically need?
Is there anything else I need to know?
