go to start menu => run => regedit and type the virus name and then remove it from ur registry
yeah, if the virus worked it’s magic on any system32 components, you have problems. You can do a repair install from your disk.

Look When We Infect To One Virus, It Will Change Some Windows Codes And Damaged Them, If You Clear All Of You Pc Viruses , You Can’t Fix The Damages Parts, Because You Just Deleted Viruses And No More. I Suggest You If You Wants To Repair Your Windows Use This 4 Things :
1- Use Windows restore : This Part Helps You To Back Your System One Week Ago Or Before Or earlier , So Before Infection You Have To Back, But Some Of Your Programs Maybe Delete If They Installed after Infection.
2- Use Programs Which Fix Your System : Like Fix It , Or a Full Version Of Norton That Can Fix systems Windows
3- format Your Windows And Reinstall It
4- Or Use Registry Fixers : To Fix Codes Of Registry
I’m Sorry Maybe My Answer Was Not Good , But I’m a Hacker And I Infect 100000 More Times in a day , I Just Suggest You To Get Backup Of your Movies Or Pics That You Want And Then format Your Windows , It’s the Best way.
