If you were McCain would you be happy with an endorsement from George Bush?

JOHNNY M asked:

Lets face it… Nobody wants to touch George Bush with a stick these days and it has to be risky even letting him speak at the RNC. What can McCain do to sway voters that hes different from Bush? I know Sarah Palin has been a good distraction for him but I think he needs a little more to win. Any good ideas?

  1. Did you notice how McFlipflop made sure Dick and Bush stay away from the convention?
    There is your answer…

Back to the issues: vote for McBush and continue being the laughing stock of the world and don’t forget your Canadian back patches when travelling to Europe or Asia.

    Lmaoo..
If I was McCain, I would atleast sense that I’m doing something wrong.

  3. I’d say I appreciate it and leave it at that. I wouldn’t go around and brag that I was endorsed by GB, though. He only endorses McCain because they are both Republicans. I wouldn’t expect him to endorse a Democrat.

  4. No, Bush sucks he spent all his money on the war not for our economy, our country.

Newsflash: Politicians tend to endorse candidates of the same political party.

  6. That is President Bush to you

  7. George Bush is a good for McCain is as Bill Clinton is for Barack Obama. They both need to distance themselves from their “spokesmen”.

  8. bush is being blamed for a lot of issues that are out of his control.

  9. Bush endorsed McCain and also spoke at the convention. McCain’s numbers are rising in the polls. Don’t let the trendy Bush Derangement Syndrome people of the world run your life.

  10. How about change political parties!

  11. McCain is trying this tactic but fail to remember that the majority know there are no difference between the two.

  12. probably a little easier to take though than 0bama’s endorsement by hamas

what are you talking about? I am proud of George Bush. The only reason you think what you think is because you believe everything the liberal media has told you. George Bush is the reason America has survived these past few years. I’m calling it like it is and I’m calling you out. I’m voting for McCain whether he gets an endorsement from Bush or not because like Bush, McCain is against terrorism and liberals. I have been a low income worker for years now and Bush gave me some of my money back. When Democrats were in office before him all they could do was take more of my money to make a bigger government. Think harder before you ask questions on here.

  14. George Bush can really help McCain by endorsing him. But before doing so, Bush needs to give a State of the Union address in which he quotes all sorts of numbers about how well the country is doing and how much progress is being made in Iraq. He’ll need a good speech writer and then give a heart wrenching performance. Afterwards, the TV commentators can talk about how Bush has come a long way and that he did well despite having to deal with 9/11 in his first year. The TV “analysts” will tell people that Bush ain’t so bad, and people will stare at the TV and believe it. I kid you not.

  15. Better than have the endorsement from the KKK and the Islamic American leader Farrakhan.
