Is there a way to make a signal from a RC car remote stronger?

-To allow more distance between you and the car? I have it so that I can control the car from my computer. I would like to make it so that the car can be outside, while I am controlling it inside, using a mounted camera to guide it. Can this be done easily?

  1. Generally no, the FCC has very strict requirements for radio frequencies and they usually do not allow people to boost specific signals due to interference. You might try looking up a few hobby sites to see if they sell boosted antennas to see if that will help the distance but I doubt it. Or you can also increase the antenna length on your RC car to see if will pick up the signal. Try looping the antenna around the interior of the car before running it up the antenna staff.
