Just laid ceramic tile in bath.hairline cracks along the perimiter.What are my options?

I should have removed baseboard but I didn’t.Should I enlarge the hairline cracks or just try to regrout them?

    If the cracks are in the corners or along the base of the wall, purchase a color matched caulking and run a bead around the wall.
