  7. the M5 would beat the evo if they were both stock . It says the evo has more than double stock power and if so , would absolutely massacre the M5 .

    Ive had a crack against a couple to 150 - 160 clicks and was in front by a few car lengths . Ive only got 235kw atw on a 8MR .

    Either the evo aint that modded (just a tune and exhaust) or the M5 is highly modded !!

  8. a standard EVO doesn’t stand a chance against a standard M5. 0-60mph doesn’t count in these races.

  9. remember this race is not 0-100km.. the gearing on EVOs doesn’t favour them for high speeds. The E60 M5 does however. That’s why you see it fair so well against some of these cars.

  11. that bmw wouldnt stand a chance against an eveo with that type of power. i think the evo is standard as they would be allmost evenly matched evo-s are very fast cars special the fq 400 0-60 in 3.5 secs. thats with 400bhp so imagine this evo 636bhp against the other cars. evos are nice but oviously nothing on supercars looks they look this way for a reason supercars… never under estimate an evo specialy norris designs evo

  14. NO WAY did that E6 have that much power , it would have absolutely annihalated the M5 if it did . Either that or the M5 is highly highly modded to be able to keep up with a evo that light and with that much power !

  15. The M5’s I’ve seen at the drag strip “only” trap 115-117mph. I would think a 600+hp Evo would trap well into the 120’s. I think this M5 is a ringer to be doing so well against all these cars…especially with the extra weight of the cameraman!

    The E63AMG will do no better. Considering that the E63AMG is a luxury car that does not ‘rape’ the M5, but only in straight due to its larger engine [6.2L/6.3L NA V8 vs 5.0 NA V8]. The Evo will slaughter both cars irregardless. So you can keep your old mans E63AMG to yourself.
