  4. Trust me bro, all ‘03 Corvettes are 5.7s. Mustangs are 4.6s. No big deal, certianly doesn’t qualify for “EPIC FAIL.” dragonfist84 gave us a much better demonstation of FAIL when he made this retarded statment:

    So? STOCK C6Z06’s don’t just run 11’s. They run mid 11’s. Low 11’s with a good driver in good conditions as you see here:

    In a roll race, traction not an issue, so a stock C6Z06 will spank a 400whp evo EASILY.

    Really? How so? The STOCK C6Z06 has about 430whp and it wieghs 3150 lbs. A modded evo with 400whp wieghs 3263 lbs. There is no way a car with more weight, less power, and the aerodynamics of a barn door is going to beat the lighter, more powerful sports car in a roll race. It’s impossible. 400whp evo will get walked by a STOCK C6Z06 EVERY TIME. It’s physics kiddo!

  12. Zo6’s are bad ass. A lot of people who pull up next to them thinking “wow show off, vette is slow” or w/e it may be. Then when it comes down to it the 4.6L v8 produces a lot of torque and the car isn’t that heavy so it just lighting quick.

  15. Ok I have much love for the new z06. Couple of years ago no, but the new corvette is a great car. With that being said the Z06 is really not to be taken lightly at all, but a 400whp evo would indefinetly whoop the zo6 easily.

    I really don’t believe this evo is 406hp. If it is he should go get his money back and get a new shop to look at the tune and see if it is really 406…

  17. HAha i had a 500+ whp evo 9 and sold it to buy a z06. Roll race monsters with some mods. I have a c5 z06 and on pump gas the evo made 420’s and it would have barely beat c5 z06 with exhaust. haha c6 z06 come one evo guys, give me a break. Thats a different level of cars.

    And for all internet bench racers, ive owned both within the past two months. Hannds down, american muscle all the way baby. Sounds like its got a pair at redlights not a preteen highschools handme down with exhaust, haha

  18. Help me understand here. According the heading the Evo is pretty worked and if this thing beats it, its fair to say that its also worked. But at the very start, I dnt hear any traction being broken. I own a relitivly new V8 (Stock) and if given enough punch it will churp in 3rd. So my Q is, are they actually worked???

  20. mine is 430 hp and i kept up first and 2nd from 0 with the Z06.. But this guy looks like he cant really drive or he is scared

  22. corvette has 450hp stock the evo has like 270hp even with some tune ups the evo coulnd get 15 feet next to a stock vette bitch

  23. Not saying that the Z06 wouldn’t still win (nasty cars…); but this evo doesn’t look…like it has the credentials for 400+ horsepower. There is no noticeable spool, which makes me think 16G Turbo; factory intercooler; recirc blowoff…The AWD evo is quick due to short gearing and AWD combined with a high redline. It will top out early; but accelerate quickly. Hard to tell from the video really…but nice vet.
