ive been into rc nitro and gas cars for many years.. the nitro as expensive as it is will not be your biggest investment. in america nitro is $30 per gallon. wich will last me almost 2 months with three nitros. the fuel tanks only hold about 150cc. wich is good for about 10 minutes a pop. as far as noise. they can be loud..BUT.. there are certain bylaws in many cities that protect us rc’ers.. i know, sounds crazy. its becouse it is considered an educational hobby..thats if it stays on the ground(planes?).. as long as you respect private property, and park rules. there is nothing that any body can do but stare in ahw.. it is no worse then you cutting your grass, or evan better your nieghbors land scaper with 2 lawn mowers, a weed wacker and a leaf blower!!
