Polishing silver with a cloth the old fashioned way?
Angel asked:
I will have time to kill. I have an old solid silver ‘straw’. Is there a best type of rag or cloth to rub away at silver to get it back to it’s beautiful silver color from black? I have time to kill, but don’t want to waste my efforts. Anyone know?
Yea, thanks, I will use all those ways, but I’ll be at work standing at a table.. doing almost nothing. So I was thinking of the old fashioned elbow grease way. Then try the tin foil way an polish paste later for whatever is left. Btw, I just thought, this is a useable straw and I don’t feel like tasting paste.
