  2. Ya, and then that scheme shifted to about 3 0r 4 others till we got the swoosh BNSF, in the span of 10 years or so. that probably cost a bunch. GP-38 #2075 was the first one to display the logos of the fallen flags until it caught fire, then pacific pride became #2085.

  3. Introduced on the SD60 in the photo, the “Tiger Stripe” scheme was used mainly on the GP50s purchased in the late 1980s. Besides the 3 EMD SD60 demo units, there were only a few other engines outside the GP50 class to wear it. At about $5,000.00 cost per unit to paint, it was deemed too expensive and the “white face” scheme was introduced in the early 1990s.

  6. That’s not me doing the narration. We all (mtrails, chessie4155, & wesolint) used the same guy to do it for us. He is a friend of mtrails.

  9. You know what, i got to give it to yall train model peoples, yall sure be doing a good job of making your or yall layout models . shoooot i wish i had a layout that makes sounds and stuff like that,but as far as that, keep up the good work

  10. I have a digital camera (Sony Cybershot) and I process the clips thru Windows Movie Maker. I edit in real trains sounds.

  12. Also the first 2 cars on train 100 are Model Die Cast bulkhead flats with pre-fabricated loads from Athearn.

  13. Thanks. Some of the loads are from Walthers (plastic) and some are from Jeager (wood blocks with wrapped paper).

  14. Great video. Hope to see more. Where could I get some of the covered lumber for my center beam lumber car?

  15. I’m working on a BN freight train vid (HO scale) that I think you will enjoy - it has a coal train with DPU.

  24. Great Video. Really a great / super layout you have there.
    I must admit that rthe shot at 3:30 is the best ever. There were so much depth in the picture that is was scaring.

  25. Sorry. My parts of TAA was shot before I got the new camera…bummer dude!
