Well, the basic parts would be:
1.) Motherboard
2.) Processor
3.) Memory
4.) Power Supply
5.) Casing
6.) Hard Disk Drive
By these, the pc would run. Provided these are installed properly. Although you can’t use it, these parts alone will run your pc.
Optional parts would be:
1.) Monitor
2.) Keybord
3.) Mouse
4.) Video Card
5.) Speakers
6.) AVR/UPS
