What are some colleges that have more of a dating scene than a partying one?

I′m not saying no party’s , just more of a mature atmosphere. Preferable in the Northeast. It can be public, private, big, small, can you list some.

Dating is pretty rare these days. You will find schools which are not as much party schools (look at Princeton Review’s rankings), but I can’t think of any that are into dating, other than perhaps some very strict religious ones.
