What are the best holiday rentals in the Gold Coast, Australia area?

I am looking to work and live somewhere on the Gold Coast between Coolangata and Surfer’s Paradise. I’m 23 years old looking to be able to walk to the beach, walk to work, and walk to social life. Chances are my work will be the same as the social life, bars, restaurants, ext. Do you know of any places in particular that cater to a younger crowd? I was wondering if one of the bigger complexes are of good rates geared for a young crowd. Thanks.

  1. Try jumping on and having a look there. Get a cheap spot for a week and have a good look around. If it out of Australian school holiday season accom on the Goldie is cheap so thats when you stictch up the longer term deal, not during hols when they are making big bux.
