What are the best things to do to prepare for a hockey game?

bluecanadianpenguin asked:

What are the best things to do to prepare for a hockey game to ensure that I am getting the best physical performance out of my body? Should I exercise? Should I take a nap? Should I eat something specifically? And when (how many hours before) should I do all of these things?

You should slam yourself against a wall. LOL Just kidding. I usually just try to eat a lot of protien before my games, and stay hydrated. GOOD LUCK

  2. HAVE SEX BEFORE THE GAME

  3. Don’t eat too soon before a game or you will puke.
Hydrate is very important. Warm up you muscles. Do what it takes not to strain your muscles. Watch the groin muscles as not to stain/pull it.
I try and hydrate a bit and a good warm up.
    Cardio is great as well

  4. The hockey teams I know about do drills to strengthen their muscles. Also stretch.
