A minor league player has to have played for five full seasons to qualify for pension. I am not sure how much money is allotted, but I know it is not very much. If you are a former player. contact the minor league home office in St Pete, FL for more info. You can find their contact info at then go to contact us, then to office, then to home
I do not think they get a pension in the minors.
