join some social sporting group instead? At least you move around and get off your butt.
there are some sites — supposedly sex sites but really chat and meet — that offer a basic service free and then if you want more you have to pay — the basic service is more than enough — you can talk to people and meet them if you wish and there are more older people male and female — i know im older as well
