What is the best RC Helicopter AND/OR Plane for Under $50 (Each)?

Remember, whatever you suggest needs to be under $50, preferably under $55 Shipped. I′d like the battery to last a while and for the helicopter to be able to fly outdoors ok. The plane needs to be easy to control so I could take it around my house and such.
