  1. Copied games only work if you have a modchip. If you use torrents i would suggest this site

  2. You will have to have a mod chip installed; they are used to bypass region (and copy) protection, and are highly illegal. Plus, you have to open your PS2, which voids the warranty, so if something goes wrong, your PS2 is boned and you have no recourse.

    Modchips range from $20-$80 depending on what features you want. You can go to modchip.com to find a good modchip. You can also send it in to a service that will install them for you, but it will cost you $129 to have it professional installed for you. You can use DVDFab 3 Platinum or Alcohol 120% to burn PS2 games. It is legal as long as you own the original game (Fair use).
