What trains go from Forest hills, New york to the area around Penn station in Manhattan?

I need to know if there are any trains that will take me from around 71st-continental ave to around Penn Station. I don’t care if you have to change trains or anything. I just need to know the route to get there so I can take the neon bus to Toronto, Canada.

    My friend, take the Manhattan-bound (westbound) “E” express train (Blue Line on the subway map) from 71st-Continental to 34th Street-Penn Station.

  2. you can take the Long Island Rail Road from Forest Hills to Penn and just walk to 8th ave and 34th street (one ave) and the PA Bus terminal will be right there.
