i would advise ebay but sometimes it isnt reliable so try to find someone you know and trust to buy it from.
Well the game itself is illegal to posses since whoever made it did not get copyright permission to use the name and characters. Also it is really glitched. The clock has to be reset every time you turn it on. You can get a shiny gyarados and ho-oh in pokemon gold and silver anyway.
Just save and keep battling ho-oh until he comes up shiny.
If you must have it, check ebay.
